Project Planning

Defining the Project Work-break down structure (WBS): The entire project is divided into tasks, even sub-projects could be identified Every task identified in the project has a start and end date Resources are identified and allocated at the task level. This facilitates in executing and monitoring of the project at the task level Project Cost estimation is done based on the resource identification/allocation at the task level Estimated Project cost is budgeted based on the request as submitted by the project to the Program/Portfolio

Project Scheduling
