DSR Provides 3 types of support – Onsite, Email and Service Line.
 
  • Email – Customer can send support request via Email
  • Onsite – Implementation & Support Team member will go onsite and fix the problem
  • Client Service Line – Customer can report the problem by calling on a service number
  • Based on the Problem Type and Severity – DSR’s Implementation Support Team dispatches an Engineer who will provide support
 
Response Times
  • Response Times based on the Contract with the customer
